Professor Regan joined the college as adjunct faculty in 2022 for medical-surgical nursing and then full-time faculty in Fall of 2025. She is an alum of the Great Bay Nursing program. Professor Regan currently works per diem in Interventional Radiology, and has experience as a staff nurse in critical care and the emergency department. She also recently worked as a nursing supervisor at a small community hospital on an island. She holds national certification in critical care nursing (CCRN) and has been a Daisy Award recipient. Professor Regan is a member of ANA and NHNA. Her favorite thing about Great Bay is the variety of students and the supportive culture of the college. Her other interests include cooking, playing pool, enjoying life with my family and dogs on my lake.
