What It Is:Â
Each year, Great Bay invites students who are interested in deepening leadership skills and meeting others to participate in a multi-day leadership retreat.
Events at the retreat include experiential learning and teambuilding activities as well as social engagement opportunities that are designed to help gain a greater understanding in personal leadership styles.
Volunteering helps students give back to the community and build leadership, teamwork, and service skills. Through º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Student Life, students have opportunities to volunteer with a number of partner organizations. Students (and employees) who complete 100 or more hours of community service during their time at º£½ÇÂÒÂ× become members of the college’s 100-Hour Club and are recognized at the annual Student Leadership Banquet.
